So, I was reinstalling Fallout 3 and found some issues when using DarNified UI, Adjustable HUD, Immersive HUD, UIO (User Interface Organizer), and other HUD mods. For some reason, Immersive HUD would only hide the elements on the top half of the screen, while AHUD simply didn't move any element.
After searching the comment sections of all those mods and more, I found the solution thanks to a comment made by the user MattB2020 on the Adjustable HUD page. Follow the instructions in the image below, rename the required files correctly, and place them in the correct folders:
