I just learned about this, but it appears that the source code for Fallout (1997) - which many believed was lost forever - has been found on an old computer. This was revealed by Tim Cain when responding to a comment in one of his videos.

Loot Menu for Fallout 3 - My Settings For Darnfied UI
This is a quick post about my settings for the Loot Menu mod. The idea is to match the Darnfied look of all other HUD elements.
1 - Open LootMenu.ini (fose/plugins/LootMenu.ini).
2 - Change the value of iFont to 4. Change iTextAdjust to 0.
The results are seen below:
